We used Richard to sell a property we wanted to move quickly. He was very helpful and professional throughout. Unfortunately, it was a difficult sale as an investor he had offered the property to agree to buy. We were encouraged to hear he wanted to complete quite quickly.
Sadly, this didn’t happen. He messed us and Richard around by dragging it out over a number of months, always saying he still wanted to buy. On the proposed completion date, the investor dropped out. Both Richard and ourselves were shocked and disappointed.
Throughout the process Richard has been my rock and kept me informed, also progressing the sale with the investor.
Thankfully Richard made a promise to me he would find another buyer and sure enough he did just that. The sale has now completed and it was all down to Richards determination and hard work – he successfully got us over the finishing line early November after just a few short weeks.
