Selling a Mixed Use Property

Hi there, this is Richard Mews! I’m here to give you another weekly update on the status of the property market.

Last week has been very busy. We have sold a lot of properties, and we’ve been viewing quite a few.

Hopefully, there will be some more coming through the pipeline shortly!

What we have took on is one that was quite unusual was a nice property in Stanley. Upstairs is a two-bedroom flat, and below it was taken up by a dog grooming business. At the rear of the property is another two-bedroom flat.

All bring in an income of £1,260 a month.

Like I said

  • A nice property
  • £1,260 pound a month

And it will be up for sale for £115,000. A really good value, really good investment for somebody.

The vendor’s also got another four nice properties all in one street. I think we will be getting them as soon as we’ve managed to get this one sold!

The market is still pretty good, pretty buoyant for us. People are still looking to sell their houses, and we’re selling them very, very quickly at the moment. That’s good because we never expected that with the way the Covid went, but the demand is very strong.
