They’re not really agents, they’re just listing agents, so you might pay £200 to £300, and they’ll list it on Rightmove and Zoopla for you. When an enquiry comes through they’ll forward it directly to you to manage. You do the viewings. You do the negotiations. You do the paperwork. You do the administration work.
